Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career when she turned 16 and she quit her gymnastics. Her Pro Card was only awarded one year later at the age of the age of 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, model, and a sponsored athlete. At the age of 16, she began competing in fitness competitions after she quit gymnastics. She was awarded her Pro Card just one year later and was 17. She became one of the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was required to take the time off from performing after she received her Pro card to complete her college. Following her completion of college Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. The show continued in the same way she was in prior events, such as the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. After winning her first competition She continued to compete for several years setting new goals. In 2009, four new fitness titles were added to her collection. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel spent the first six years of competition to get her college degree. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The team finished 3rd at the show. In the summer of 2016, she took home at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she became a participant in Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel was on the Olympia Stage and won 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she didn't have any goals. The athlete was satisfied by her performance. It is no surprise that Ariel placed well considering she was competing with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel has improved her physique every year. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to work out includes her lower back. It is a combination of bent-over rows, pull-downs using a single arm using a pull-up machine, as well as seated rows. The first step is warming up before moving on to working out. Ariel will also make the most of her time. Her back exercise routine is comprised of 3 or more supersets, each comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
